There are basically two kind of "Doctor" sites around. The first is the serious fetish site, full of speculums, enemas, rubber gloves, stirrups and all the other trappings. The women involved are usually of the very stern German and occasionally Asian school, and usually not what you'd call top-quality in the looks department.
The second type is best represented by Doctor Adventures. This site features incredibly hot, mostly large-breasted women in various doctor or nurse costumes. The whole "doctor" setup is basically just an excuse for seriously hot male/female, lesbian and group hardcore action.
As long as you understand that, and you're not expecting to see Evil Helga jamming an enema tube up some poor sap's bunghole, you'll be very happy with this site.
The videos are all pro quality, and so is the talent. There's not a bad-looking woman in the bunch, and there's not a single corner of the standard hardcore universe that's not well covered.
All the videos are available in WMV and MPG formats, and you can watch clips or download the entire movies in one file, which is a huge plus for those of you with fast connections and beefy systems.
The photo galleries are a bit of a weak spot, with most of them consisting of low-res screenshots. What little professional photo work is present is great quality, but there's not nearly enough of it.
The content could use a bit of organization by type, too. The collection is large enough now that some indexing would be welcome, and if the updates continue it will soon be really necessary.
Other than those small problems, though, this is an outstanding site. It's also part of the Brazzers Pass network, which means you'll have roughly four truckloads of additional content to browse through at your leisure.
All in all, Doctor Adventures is an outstanding site, and an even better buy.
